Dominion Mobile Wound Care offers a specialized complex and chronic wound treatment
We treat patients in their place of residence, ensuring that they receive everything necessary to heal their wounds faster. From providing additional wound therapy to training family members and caregivers, patient advocacy is built into the Dominion Mobile Wound Care service model.

- Coordinating care and referrals with the patient’s primary physician and insurance provider
- Averting expensive and clinically questionable treatments Transitional Care Program
- Scheduling visits outside of working hours and on weekends
- High-level of care provided by Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants
- Education and training for patient’s family and caregivers
